Reporting a problem during the beta

The most useful report tells us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your iOS version and iPhone model help. Please do not send screenshots containing account numbers or balances you would rather not share — a description is nearly always enough.

Common questions

My balance looks wrong after an import

Mango counts backward from the last balance something outside the app confirmed. If a statement printed no running balance — N26 exports do not — the app asks you for one. Setting a balance checkpoint on the account usually resolves it. A figure nothing has confirmed is labelled on the account card, so you can see which one it is.

My bank is not in the list

Bank connections come through Enable Banking, so the list reflects what it supports in your country. Where a connection is not available, statement import covers the same ground: Bank of Ireland, Revolut Personal, Revolut Business and N26 exports are recognised directly, and any other layout can be mapped once and is then remembered for that format.

Transfers between my own accounts show as income or spending

Tell Mango that one account is a pocket held inside another — a Revolut Pocket or Vault, an N26 Space — and every past month re-reads itself immediately. Movements inside one account family stop counting as income or spending from that point, including for statements imported months ago.

How do I disconnect a bank?

Use the disconnect action on the connection in the app. It asks Enable Banking to delete the session and revoke the bank consent before removing the connection from your device. Transactions you already reviewed and confirmed stay on the device until you delete them.

How do I delete everything?

The app has a single confirmed action that revokes every bank session and then removes your accounts, transactions, balance checkpoints, mappings, custom categories and connection metadata in one operation. Deleting the app also removes its local data from that iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for what that does and does not cover.
