Terms of Use

1. Provider and agreement

Mango Money is provided by Primed Mind Technology Solutions Limited, registered at Apartment 67, Westend Village, Dublin 15, D15 YF65, Ireland, company number 737502. By installing or using Mango you agree to these Terms and to Apple'sStandard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement Apple's agreement; Apple's agreement controls where the two conflict. Beta participation is additionally subject to Apple's TestFlight terms.

2. Pre-release software

Mango is distributed through TestFlight while in beta. It is under active development and is not represented as a finished or production-ready product. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or removed, and a build may expire. You remain responsible for keeping independent bank records and must not rely on Mango as the authoritative record of any account.

3. What Mango provides

Mango records and organises accounts, transactions, transfers, categories and notes; imports statements; optionally connects to a bank on a read-only basis; and produces summaries, reports, and cost-of-living estimates from that information. Balances, projections, and lifestyle figures are estimates derived from what you have confirmed, not statements from your bank.

4. Not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice

Mango does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, does not make recommendations about products or providers, does not initiate payments, and does not hold money. Seek a qualified professional before acting on anything you see in the app.

5. Your data and your content

You retain ownership of everything you record in Mango. We are granted no licence over it, because the app does not send it to us. You are responsible for having the right to import or store any statement or account information you add, and for only connecting accounts you are authorised to access.

The Privacy Policy explains what is stored on your device and the limited cases in which anything leaves it.

6. Bank connections

Bank connections are provided through Enable Banking and your chosen bank, and are subject to their authorisation, consent and security requirements. Access is read-only, may expire, and may be revoked by you or your bank at any time. Mango may show delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable information when a bank or intermediary changes or interrupts its service. Review every candidate before confirming it, and compare anything important against your bank's own records.

7. Backups and recovery

Portable backups are encrypted on your device using a password you choose. We cannot access a backup, recreate a lost password or recovery key, or recover content deleted without a usable backup. Keep the backup and its password secure and, ideally, separately.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Mango unlawfully, access an account you are not authorised to access, provide a service to another person with it, attempt to bypass purchase or security controls, interfere with the app, its relay, or the App Store, redistribute a beta build, or infringe another person's rights.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and beta access may end. Uninterrupted, error-free operation and preservation of data cannot be guaranteed during a beta. Keep an encrypted backup of anything you would not want to lose.

10. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primed Mind is not responsible for indirect loss, for financial decisions taken on the basis of figures shown in the app, for loss caused by a failure to keep a backup, or for services controlled by Apple, a bank, or another third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Third-party terms

Use of Apple's platform and TestFlight, Enable Banking, your bank, our Vercel-hosted relay, the Anthropic API where you enable it with your own key, and the Central Statistics Office's public service may each be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. These Terms do not alter them.

12. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting any bank, deleting the app, and revoking any remaining consent through your bank or Enable Banking.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Irish law, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Questions can be sent toinfo@primedmindtech.com.
